Shipping, Return and Refund Policies
Healthy Ponds products ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note: shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page and to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. There are also restrictions on some products that prohibit shipping to certain international destinations.
We’re happy to work with you on any items that need to be returned. We do not offer a money back guarantee because the makeup of all ponds is different so what may work in one pond won’t necessarily work the same in another. We will work with you to make sure you are using the correct products for your pond size and problems. If for some reason the product needs to be returned (unopened product only), please call first and make arrangements or there will be a 15% restock fee.
If the outer shell of the product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us and we will make arrangements to replace the damaged product.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund as soon as we can. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
